Students appreciate the convenience of e-learning, but report greater engagement in face-to-face learning environments. Hence it is recommended to implement a blended approach for training. The blended approach has certain content in the form of pre-recorded videos, online live class room sessions and in some cases actual classroom sessions (for practicals).
Instructors can request students to create & upload their videos which be used for assessment and providing feedback. There is increased has seen increased acceptance by students over pure online recorded sessions.
